We are in the process of converting to earth-friendly sustainable and biodegradable food containers, utensils and paper products. We look forward to continuing to contributing to health of our planet in new and interesting ways. We also compost much of our food waste and are currently reclaiming land from invasive species to plant edible gardens.
While we continue actively with catering and private chef services, we are no longer at the market as of Feb 2015. Please contact us for more information.

We serve fresh delicious Thai food made from local ingredients every Saturday at the Waimea Town Market. We aim to provide healthy delicious food at affordable prices and to promote the sustainable development of local products and local lifestyles.
In addition to Si Nuan Thai Food, the market specializes in local and natural products of all kinds including: produce, fresh baked breads and pastries, hand-crafted BLT sandwiches from a well-respected foodie, intimate coffee operations, boutique teas, all natural cosmetics, crafts, woodwork, and special events.
Si Nuan Thai Food has been established
with the goal of contributing to the world-wide admiration of Thai food. We aim to provide healthy balanced food infused with exciting and beneficial aromatic herbs and spices.
We offer unique and delicious Thai dishes, as well as modern interpretations of rustic specialties from the southern region of Nakorn Si Thamarat. We source almost all of our produce and ingredients fresh from local Big Island providers.
We are avoiding the the common route of bringing staple dishes from Thailand and converting or adapting them, sometimes beyond recognition, to generic foods that won’t scare customers. Instead, we have explored Thai food in it natural and fully authentic form for dishes that in their traditional preparation will delight Big Island taste buds. We serve Thai food as it is served in Thailand, because that is how we know and love it.
