Coursed Birthday Dinner Menu

Fresh organic summer rolls with local mango and organic vegetable. Comes with home made sweet chili sauce and crushed peanuts

Summer Rolls (Po Piak Sod)
A variety of fresh veggies and herbs (basil, mint, alfalfa sprouts, bean sprouts, carrot, purple cabbage, cucumber, lettuce) rolled in a steamed rice paper wrap. Served with homemade peanut and tamarind dipping sauce.

FAVORITES

Green Papaya Salad (Som Tum)
A northeastern Thai classic. Fresh Hamakua grown green papaya mixed with carrot, long beans, tomato, peanuts, garlic, lime juice, and spices. Prepared-to-order in traditional 12′ diameter mango-wood mortar and pestle.

Fried Rice with Big Island Beef (Khao Phad)
Thai style fried rice with local beef and egg, green peas, broccoli, carrot, green onions, onions, and tomato garnished with fresh cilantro, cucumber and homemade chili pepper first sauce on the side.

Thai Noodle Stir Fry (Phad Thai)
Classic Thai rice noodle stir fry with egg, cabbage, bean sprouts, green onion and our special homemade sauce.
