Chef R likes to make these Thai yellow curry-stuffed spring rolls as stand-alone party appetizers. A specialty of the southern regions of Thailand with influences from Malay and Indian cooking, the stuffing consists of potato, peas, and carrot with traditional herbs and spices.
Vegetarian spring rolls served hot and crispy by Chef R for pūpū (appetizer) at a private Christmas Party on the Kona coast. Garnished with fresh local cabbage and house-made sweet chili dipping sauce.
Favorite street food of the masses, this worldwide dish is made here with a special Thai mix of garlic, herbs and spices.
